Case Studies

Due to confidentiality, All case studies use abstracted diagrams and illustration instead of product screenshots.

1    Discovery Agent - AI

DESIGNING A FLEXIBLE AI DISCOVERY MODEL FOR BOTH GUIDED AND OPEN-ENDED PLANNING.

Shaping the content strategy and conversational design for Disney's first agentic AI tool — helping guests discover WDW resort hotels, tickets, and special offers through natural conversation, guided flows, and a purpose-built agent personality.

2    Universal Design System

FROM FRAGMENTATION TO SHARED STANDARDS

I helped define a scalable documentation model for a universal design system, supporting consistency across brands, platforms, and product teams. I led a cross-brand audit of Hyperion (Parks) and Luxe (Cruise) design systems across 40+ Figma files, mapping components side-by- side and identifying fragmentation, forking, and naming inconsistencies across three major brands. Developed a consolidation roadmap grounded in system-level component thinking, leveraging Figma Slots to enable durable adoption without increasing design or tech debt.

Walt Disney World Audit

MAPPING A 2,700+ PAGE AUDIT TO IDENTIFY OVERLAP, GAPS AND CONTENT DEBT.

3    Walt Disney World Audit

Led an in-depth content audit for Walt Disney World's digital ecosystem, surfacing structural gaps, redundant content, and migration priorities that shaped a informed future Taxonomy and page template modernization initiative.

Taxonomy & Information Architecture

RESTRUCTURING CATEGORIES AROUND USER INTENT TO IMPROVE FINDABILITY AND REDUCE CONFUSION.

4    Taxonomy & Information Architecture

Redesigning Walt Disney World's content taxonomy to align with how guests actually think and search — reducing discovery friction, increasing engagement, and laying the groundwork for a unified information architecture across App and Web.

Digital Wallet & Tickets

INTEGRATION OF DIGITAL WALLET AND FASTER PARK ACCESS

5    Digital Wallet & Tickets

Redesigning how guests manage and access their tickets across Walt Disney World and Disneyland — surfacing the right information at the right time, merging park reservation and ticket details into a single unified view, and transitioning away from Magic Mobile in favor of a streamlined Add to Wallet experience that reduces friction from purchase all the way to park entrance.
